Twin County Computers was founded in April of 2004 after the owner, Jeff Lephew, grew frustrated of working for other local computer repair providers, particularly one that went out of business leaving him unemployed. Jeff knew all too well about the high prices and shoddy service the competition provided. After being told he couldn’t start a successful computer resale/repair business in an already saturated market (consisting of more than 5 other companies within 20 miles), Twin County Computers fared well during it’s first year. After the first year the company moved to it’s present location on Carrollton Pike (US58 Westbound) just outside Galax, Va, where it has continued to thrive focusing on excellent customer service and striving to give the best possible service for the lowest cost.
